PRODUCT FEATURES
1.The MACRVIGOR intelligent cutting slot raise-boring machineemploys a mechanical rock-breaking method. It uses a roller cone bitfor pilot drilling, followed by a reaming cutter head that fractures therock in a single-pass raising process, and boasts the advantages ofsafety, high efficieney, low cost and good finished shaft quality.;
2.High-strength steel with a yield strength of 1,000 MPa is selectedfor structural parts, featuring lightweight and compact design, andflexible operation;
3.The hydraulic crawler chassis is self-lubricating and mainte-nance-free, with excellent ground adhesion characteristics andwet-type hydraulic braking mechanism, allowing for three-speedtransmission, in-situ turning and other functions. The machine is suit-able for long-distance climbing and high-load travel;
4.Designed with a modular structure, the machine can be disassem-bled into sections under 3 meters for rapid assembly and convenientcage transportation;
5.Alloperations support dual-mode drive between wircless/vired remote control and lever control, allowing for fre swiching and mutual backup for high Reliability.
