Tiered On-site Response Time Commitment
- Level 1 Failure (Complete equipment shutdown): Launch remote diagnosis within 1 hour, finalize the solution within 4 hours, provide handling suggestions and official reply within 8 hours. Service engineers shall arrive at the site within 36 hours and stay until the equipment is fully restored to normal operation.
- Level 2 Failure (Severe performance degradation affecting construction): Launch remote diagnosis within 4 hours and confirm the solution within 8 hours. If the failure cannot be resolved remotely, engineers will arrive on site within 48 hours.
- Level 3 Failure (Minor failure with no impact on short-term operation): Confirm the solution within 4 hours. If remote resolution is not feasible, engineers will arrive within 3 days, or the issue will be addressed during the next scheduled inspection upon mutual agreement with the customer.
