The raise-boring machine is a kind of large-scale construction equipment specially designed for drilling vertical or steeply inclined shafts (including raises, ventilation shafts, pipe shafts, lifting shafts, backfilling shafts and ore chutes), which is widely used in mining, underground engineering, energy storage hydropower stations, tunnel construction and other fields. The deep-hole raise-boring machine, through the sensors installed on the raise-boring machine and drill rod, obtains the real-time data of the drilling po-sition and deviation angle response during stratum construction and interprets the data to perform real-time drilling monitoring and deviation correction to control the pilot hole accuracy within 3‰.

PRODUCT FEATURES 

1. The AT-2000L ,a next-generation digital track self- prpeled raise-boring machine, employs fully hydraulic drive technology. Itfeatures strong power delivered by a high-torque motor directly driving the gcarbox compact structure, high impact resistance, excellentoperational efficiency, and low deviation rate;

2. The track frame is sel lubricating and maintenance-free, wih excellent ground adhesion and wet-type hydraulic braking mechanism, allowingfor three-speed transmission, in-situ turning and other functions;

3. Requiring no concrete foundation pouring, this machine realizes instant setup for work upon arrival and rapid disassembly and transfer uponcompletion, saving substantial time for foundation pouring, installation and disassembly;

4. Designed with a modular structure. the machine can be disassembled into sections under 3 meters for convenient cage transportation;

5. All operations support wireless remote control and dual-mode backup between wireless control and wired lever control, ensuring high reliability;
